Dai 2 ka (Lesson 2)

BUNKEI

  1. Kore/Sore/Are + wa + Noun + desu
  2. Kono + Noun + wa + Predicate + desu
  3. Sono + Noun + wa + Predicate + desu
  4. Ano + Noun + wa + Predicate + desu
  5. Sentence 1 + ka + sentence 2 + ka → a question to the listener to choose alternatives between S1 and S2.
  6. Noun 1 + no + Noun 2 → N1 explains what N2 is about.
  7. Subject + no + Noun → Noun belongs to Subject.
  8. Subject + no + desu → It explain that a thing belongs to subject.
  9. Place + no + Noun → It means that Noun is made in that Place.

REIBUN (EXAMPLE)

  1. Kore wa hon desu. >> This is a book.
  2. Are wa boushi desu. >> That is a hat.
  3. Sore wa kasa desu. >> That is an umbrella.
  4. Kono kaban wa Tanaka-san no desu. >> This bag is Tanaka's bag.
  5. Kore wa "9" desuka, "8" desuka. "8" desu. >> Is this a "9" or a "8"? It's a "8".
  6. Sore wa nan no zasshi desuka? Hana no zasshi desu. >> What is that magazine about? It's a magazine about flower.
  7. Sore wa doko no tokei desu ka? Suisu no tokei desu. >>Where is that watch made? It's made in Swiss.
  8. Ano kanji wa shinbun desuka denwa desuka? Denwa desu. >> Is it kanji of newspaper or phone? It's phone.
  9. Anata no megane wa dore desuka? Sore desu. >> Which is your glasses? That is.
  10. Kono kamera wa ikura desuka? ¥25600 desu. >> How much does this camera cost? It costs ¥25600.

Dai 1 ka (Lesson 1)

BUNKEI (PATTERN)

  1. Subject + wa + Predicate/Noun + desu → positive sentence
  2. Subject + wa + P/N + ja arimasen/dewa arimasen →negative sentence
  3. Subject + wa + P/N + desu + ka? → Interrogative sentence
  4. ….mo…. → particle mo is used after a topic instead of 'wa' when the statement about the topic is the same as the previous topic.
  5. Place + no + status/occupation → this particle is used to connect two noun, it explain that the place which the status belongs.


 

REIBUN (EXAMPLE)

  1. Watashi wa Erika desu. >> I am Erika.
  2. Alex-kun wa nihon-jin ja arimasen. >> Alex isn't japanese people.
  3. Erika-san wa gakusei ja arimasen. >> Ms. Erika isn't student
  4. Anata wa isha desuka? >> Are you a doctor?
  5. Grace-san wa ginkouin desu. Ester-san mo ginkouin desu. >> Ms. Grace is a bank employee. Ms. Ester is also a bank employee.
  6. Watashi wa Indoneshia-jin desu. Erlina sensei mo Indoneshia-jin desu. >> I am Indonesian people. Ms. Erlina is also Indonesian people.
  7. Rebecca-san wa enjinia desuka? Hai, [watashi wa] enjinia desu. >> Is Ms. Rebecca an engineer? Yes, I am an engineer.
  8. Diana-san wa hisho desu. Joey-san mo hisho desuka? Iie, Joey-san wa hisho dewa arimasen. >> Ms. Diana is a secretary. Is Ms. Joey also a secretary? No, Ms. Joey isn't a secretary.
  9. Anokata wa donata desuka? Erlina-san desu. Sutomo-gakkou no sensei desu. >> Who is that person? She is Ms. Erlina. She is a teacher at Sutomo school.
  10. Stefani-san wa nan-sai desuka? 19-sai desu. >> How old is Ms.Stefani? She is nineteen years old .
